Speaking at UX Cambridge

Our UX road trip didn’t finish in Wales. Actually after iOS Dev UK we drove to Cambridge to speak at UX Cambridge. We gave a Tutorial on accessibility in mobile apps. Our audience had the opportunity to draw a screen of Twitter app just from the sound of VoiceOver. They also added proper descriptions to Tinder main screen and they learned that accuracy and briefness are very important in that matter. Of course we didn’t forget about the VoiceOver selfie and showing them Pictures app for faces and objects recognition.

The whole event took place in St. Catharine’s College and I have to say that the venue was fantastic as well as the organization of the event. There were many workshop and tutorials so I came back with plenty of new ideas and filled with new insights. I was especially impressed by the keynote ‘Designing Conversations; by Giles Colborne.
