Service Design at CIID

SCOUT is a service designed by Louise Cooper, Agnieszka Czyżak, Lidija Grujicic and Sean Bautista at CIID Summer School in Applied Service Design Techniques workshop.
SCOUT is designed to encourage people to travel solo by providing a support network in destination cities.

Pocket is a service designed by Agnieszka Czyżak, Ariel Faber and Chenxing He (June) at CIID Summer School in Design for Social Impact workshop.

We designed Pocket to help women entrepreneurs in Ecuador manage the finances of their small businesses. There are three touchpoints of the service: One-on-one meeting with a bank advisor, a personalized planner to record sales and deliveries and Pocket Mobile App that enables tracking of the personal savings and goals.
