How to hire new programmers to a start-up when the competition can offer more money and probably more dynamic growth? We did research across young programmers with 2-4 years of experience and we found out that there are some people that actually appreciate to have influen
ce. Besides the money and great atmosphere we could offer having impact on the company but also on our mission – helping young people finding their dream jobs.
HOW TO GET THEM?
After brainstorming we decided to make a really cool riddle, connected to the case of job search, but without revealing our brand before solving the puzzle. After solving it the user discovered more content – we decided on short copy focused on the impact. He could leave us his email or write a massage to us. This way we could contact him with the details of our job offer and set up a meeting.
